The Gallipoli Trench project started in December 2012 with a small group of volunteers mad enough to embrace the Western Australian summer heat.  Inch by inch, through hard baked earth and a deep shelf of rock the trench has taken shape and is now fully formed for visitors to view:

On 24 February 2013 we were very lucky to have STONE ECHO PTY LTD donate time and materials to the project, laying charges to remove large quantities of rock along the line of our plotted trench.  The awesome result of gelignite can be seen in the gallery pictures.
